How Fostering Works
Fostering a cat means offering a temporary home for a cat until they can be placed in a permanent home. This can involve socializing the cat, as well as providing basic care such as feeding, grooming, and most importantly, love!
Fostering is vital because it frees up space in shelters and provides cats with a more comfortable, homely environment. It also helps prepare cats for adoption by giving them a chance to live in a home where they can become accustomed to people and other pets.
The length of time can vary depending on the cat’s situation, but it can range from a few weeks to several months
Right now, we list available adoptees on our Facebook and Petfinder pages. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to contact us through the form in our footer.
If you’re ready to leap into bringing a furry friend into the family for good, then you can consider adopting!
